Like every other medication, Macbery-XT Sugar Free Expectorant 100 ml also has common side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, sweating and muscle cramps, dizziness, headache, rash, tremor (shakiness), palpitations (uneven heartbeat), and increased heart rate. Directions for Use
