Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s is a fixed-dose combination composed of three medicines: Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of drugs known as antihyperlipidemic. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipids. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both belong to a group of drugs known as Antiplatelet. They work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body. Altogether Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s help to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain (angina).

Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s is available in the form of oral capsules. It usually takes one time a day with water or as prescribed by your doctor. Doses of the Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s will decide by your doctor. It should be taken after eating food (low lipid food). In some cases, Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s can cause side effects like Headache, Muscle pain, increased bleeding, stomach pain, Indigestion, Bruise (discolouration of the skin), bleeding in the nose, Weakness, Gastrointestinal bleeding, Diarrhea, and Nausea. Most of these side effects of Rosloy Gold 20 Capsule 15`s do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. But if bleeding persists longer, please consult your doctor.
